The Arkansas State Police reported that a Hot Springs Village woman died from injuries suffered Thursday evening, March 12, in a two-vehicle crash in Saline County.
According to the preliminary report, Elizabeth Lamb, 51, of Hot Springs Village was driving west on U.S. 70 in a 2005 Dodge when an eastbound 2009 Toyota crossed the centerline and struck her vehicle. The collision occurred at 6:23 p.m. Thursday.
The driver of the Toyota, Taylor Guthrie, 21, of Lonsdale and a passenger in Lamb’s vehicle, Christopher Craig, 34, of Hot Springs Village were injured and transported to CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs and Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, according to State Police.
It was raining and the roads were wet at the time of the crash, state police said.
